Phase one includes new sidewalks on the west side of Highway 59, from 5th Avenue SW to 10th Avenue SW. Phase two includes new sidewalks and multi-use path improvements in front of Southtown Holiday C-Store, and phase three runs from 10th Avenue SW to Lake Region Electric, with sidewalk and multi-use path improvements on the west side of Highway 59.
