    The Red River Valley Veterans Concert Band, pictured at an outdoor concert from a previous year, will be making its annual trip to Pelican Rapids for two concerts on April 24.  
The concerts have been a highlight for veterans, families, and spectators of all ages—for many years. The all-volunteer band features numerous members from the Pelican area and many lakes area connections.
