Wanted: Lake detectives to gather DNA samples for zebra mussel study

Zebra mussels cluster on a native clam — a common and damaging sight on Minnesota waterways. The Minnesota AIS Research Center at the University of Minnesota is recruiting volunteers to help detect zebra mussels early through a new eDNA water sampling pilot program. The interest form is open through June 12.
